It is an extended-stay hotel chain that focuses on long-term stays, letting guests stay in spacious apartments, work, dine and relax in any of its 630 locations. There can be no more than two pets permitted in each suite.
The first month of rental includes a cleaning fee of $25 per day, per pet (not to exceed $150 per pet). After the first five days of the month are up, a $10 per day fee will be charged for the next five days (not to exceed $50 per pet, per month).
Similarly, there are restrictions on length and height as well. You cannot keep a pet that measures more than 36 inches in length or more than 36 inches in height. It is mandatory to have permission from the property manager prior to making a reservation. This is if a pet exceeds the size restrictions or if more than two pets will be brought to the property.
